I'd say this ...the former O's with non-QO should be on this list.

I'm avoiding Morneau due to the injury concerns ...here's my plan.

David Freese to play 1B .... 2/6.5 million per

Zobrist to play LF/RF ....... 3/7 million per

Parra To play LF/RF ....... 3/6 million per

Jaso DH ...................... 3/3.5 million per

Kazmir SP. .................... 4/12

Latos SP ........................ 4/11

That's adds 45 million in payroll....id trade or no tender Gonzalez. Figuring his last years salary you would save 3.5 million.

I've filled 1B (temporarily until Mancini is ready), RF, LF , and DH. The lineup should be improved in LF,RF, and DH. The drop off for Davis you will probably be pretty steep no matter what you do.

I've added two starters that should be better than the loss of Chen and moving Gonzalez.

I pray that I can replace ODay internally.

Have you checked out the MLBTRADERUMORS FA prediction thread? It's a good source for projected salaries.

I didn't look up Latos, but for your other targets you're way short to their predictions. For example, you have Zobrist at $7M AAV. They have him at $17.

Of the ones I looked at you're $19M short for 2016.
